A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Mr. Zachariah is a retired finance professional with 43 years of experience. He has held leadership roles as CFO and Vice President – Finance & IT at Caprihans India Ltd., Mumbai; Aujan Industries Co. Ltd., Saudi Arabia; and Al Rajhi Holding Co., Bahrain. His long tenures at each of these organizations stand as a testament to his reliability, competence, professionalism, and consistent ability to deliver results.
A valued contributor at the Board and Management Committee levels, he has extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, treasury management, audit and accounting, and systems design and implementation. He has a proven track record of conceiving, designing, and executing greenfield computerization initiatives across accounting, finance, supply chain, and production planning functions.
Since retiring in 2019, he has been devoting significant time to charitable and community development work.
He holds a B.Com degree from Sydenham College of Commerce, Mumbai, and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
