The Employability Training Program equips young Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to secure meaningful employment. Since its inception, Cheshire Disability Trust (CDT) has empowered thousands of PwDs by bridging the gap between education and employment through industry-aligned training, employer partnerships, and dedicated placement support.

Why This Program Matters
Many young persons with disabilities possess educational qualifications but often lack workplace exposure, communication skills, digital literacy, and confidence. The Employability Training Program prepares candidates for today’s job market while enabling employers to build inclusive workplaces.
