The Need-based Tech Training Program equips Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) with industry-relevant technical skills that prepare them for high-growth careers in technology and allied sectors. Designed for diploma holders and graduates, the program combines advanced technical learning with communication and workplace readiness to bridge the gap between education and meaningful employment.
Since 2011, Cheshire Disability Trust (CDT) has been enabling Persons with Disabilities to achieve economic independence through skill development, inclusive employment, and sustained post-placement support.
Who We Work With
- Persons with Disabilities aged 18 years and above
- Diploma Holders & Graduates
- Individuals with Hearing & Speech Impairment, Orthopaedic Disability, Low Vision, and other disabilities

- Computer Science: Python, Java, C++, .NET, Bootstrap
- Electronics & Communication: Advanced Embedded Systems
- Commercial Practice: Advanced Microsoft Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP)
- Architecture: AutoCAD, 2D & 3D Max
- Jewellery Design & Technology: Advanced Jewellery Design
